REFUND POLICY

 

Returns

Safe purchases are not impulse buys and are well thought out and planned by our buyers. It is therefore highly unusual for a customer to request that a safe be returned. But we do have a policy for returns.

Returned merchandise must be unopened and in original condition.

Merchandise may not be returned without prior approval from your store manager and the issuance of a Returned Goods Authorization. When returned, goods and their cartons must be in unused, resaleable condition. All returns are subject to our inspection and approval. Non-stock, special order items, modified, or cut to size orders are not returnable.

The customer pays all shipping costs on returns. No returns will be accepted after 2 days of receipt. No returns on any electrical products.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee for undamaged returns equals 25% of the total safe cost.

 

Damaged Goods

Please inspect all merchandise before you sign for it. If your merchandise is delivered by someone other than Spartan Safe and arrives damaged, please note ALL damage on the bill of lading and contact Spartan Safe immediately. If the safe is damaged beyond repair(can’t be resolved with touch-up paint and/or discount), please refuse the shipment. If you do not notate damage on the bill of lading, you release Spartan Safe and the freight carrier from all liability.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be via company check, within 30 days of cancellation or return of goods.
